All three UA Ruhr universities offer numerous, partly joint, post-graduate programs, as well as other offers for doctoral students that are closely related to metropolitan research.

Offering a shared graduate program in the field of metropolitan research is a long-term goal of the competence field. Initial considerations for the development of such a joint curriculum, spanning all three universities, have already been discussed.
